These terms govern your use of the Liftoff website (get-liftoff.app) and the Liftoff mobile app.

Acceptable use

Use Liftoff to track rocket launches. Do not attempt to reverse engineer the app to extract private keys, do not attempt to flood the notification infrastructure, do not scrape the launch data through the app as a proxy for hammering the upstream API.

No warranty

Liftoff is provided as-is. Launch data comes from public APIs (Launch Library 2) and is only as accurate as those sources. Do not use Liftoff as the sole source of truth for safety-critical decisions (you should not be, but just in case).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liftoff and its author are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or website.
